Join me for a yoga session with what is arguably the best view in Houma. We’ll be practicing directly on the Intracoastal Canal, offering a unique outdoor atmosphere you won’t find in a studio.
Candlelight by the Canal: Fall Yin & Sound Bath
Hosted by Seek Up Yoga & Blissful Elements
When: Thursday, November 5 | 6:00 PM
Where: 399 Dunn Street
There is nothing quite like practicing outdoors as the season turns.
Join us along the water for a candlelit autumn evening under the open sky, connecting with nature as we transition into fall.
I will guide you through a yin session focusing directly on the Lung and Large Intestine meridians and the breath—the body’s natural system for letting go and making room for what’s next. As we practice outside in the cool evening air, Annie's sound bowls will resonate throughout the entire class, deepening your breath and clearing out mental noise.
Come breathe deep, soak in the fresh air, and reset.
