I never expected to land here, and change can be scary at first, but my deepest desire is CONNECTION!
Community and connection is the true spirit of yoga, and I hope that through video, outdoor, and live offerings, we can feel that vital, shared connection. I can’t help but share this practice that’s given me a deeper truth. And, if you are new here, I’m honored to help you find what you are seeking.

SEEK UP is a call to action—a gentle but firm reminder to always chase the highest, truest version of yourself. (And yes, maybe a nod to one of my favorite Dave Matthews Band songs)
