Whiskey Bent: Yoga at Bayou Terrebonne Distillers

I’m heading to Bayou Terrebonne Distillers for a midweek practice that’s all about movement and community. Join Seek Up Yoga at 5:30 PM for a yoga flow in a great local space!

Support local by grabbing a cocktail or a pour after class; it’s the perfect way to wrap up the day. The bar is open both before and after practice (3-7PM), so feel free to grab a drink whenever you're ready—just remember to move and drink responsibly!

The Details:

• Time: 5:30 PM

• Investment: $15 single class / $45 - Namaste at the Distillery class pack

  ( class pack will be available for purchase August 4-online only)

• Registration & Payment: Registration is Required with Waiver consent.

• To Bring: yoga mat, water, any props you like

  Pre-register here with card (with a small processing fee), or check Pay Later and pay single drop in rate day of class via Cash (exact cash only) or Venmo (@Amy-Danigole).

Please park in the lot on the side of the distillery and enter through the tasting room. 

Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to get checked in and set up
