Autumn Clarity: The Metal Element
Sunday, November 8 | 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Our journey through the elements continues! Join Amy for a morning centered around the Metal element and the reflective season of Autumn.
As we transition away from the expansive, fiery Yang energies of Summer and late Summer’s Earth element, Autumn invites us to retract toward more inward, Yin-like energy. Drawing inspiration from Michael A. Singer’s The Untethered Soul, this is a season for conscious detachment, release, and learning the art of letting go.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Metal governs the Lung and Large Intestine meridians, holding the power of breath, emotional clearing, and recognizing our inherent worth. Metal energy is naturally structured, precise, and routine—yet when in excess, it can make us rigid or overly strict. This practice helps restore balance, guiding you to surrender the unnecessary, polish your inner wisdom, and step into the quiet strength and clarity of Autumn.
We will dive into these themes through:
Guided Breathwork & Meditation: Open up vital energy, calm the mind, and anchor into deep presence.
Reflective Journaling & Discussion: Shed emotional clutter, examine internal attachments, and define what truly matters.
Metal Element Yin Practice: Target the Lung and Large Intestine meridians with deep, supported holds to encourage upper-body release, open space in the heart and chest, and promote emotional clearing.
Come learn how to release what no longer serves you, process past seasons, and step into the quiet beauty of Autumn.
